- Right-click on your browser icon at the bottom of your screen and choose to open a new window. Clear your cache (Ctrl+Shift+Del) and refresh your browser page.
- Enable third-party cookies.
- Allow pop-ups (open Chrome, click on the three dots in the top right, click settings, choose Privacy and security, click Site settings, click Pop-ups and redirects, then select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects).
