Rewards for each 'Successful Referral':

Referrer - will receive a $100 pre-paid e-gift card.
Referred Friend - will receive one month of free payroll processing* and waived implementation on all Dayforce Powerpay or Powerpay Plus (1-99 employees)

*Free payroll processing includes base charge and recurring per employee fees, including per payment processing charges, ROEs and tax forms.

1. By referring a friend, a Referrer is confirming that they have an existing business or personal relationship with Dayforce Powerpay and with the Referred Friend.

2. To be eligible for Rewards, a Referrer must be:

an existing Dayforce Powerpay customer at the time of the referral,
an existing Dayforce Powerpay customer at the time of the Reward is granted,
a Canadian resident, and
over the age of majority.

3. A 'Successful Referral' is one that results in a Dayforce employee marking the deal as closed/won by a Referred Friend that, at the time of the referral, did not have a payroll account with Dayforce.

4. This program is designed to attract new business to Dayforce. The following referrals are not eligible for Rewards:

referral by an employee to a company they are employed by (i.e. the Referrer and Referred Friend must have different (i) names and (ii) different business addresses)
multiple referrals to the same company at different locations
referral to an existing Dayforce customer (i.e. payroll add-ons, payroll number changes, payroll splits or conversions from one Dayforce product to another)
referrals that identify an already Referred Friend
referrals from bookkeepers (See instead, “Bookkeeper Referral Program”)
referrals from employees of Dayforce HCM, Inc., affiliated companies and members of those employees' immediate families,

5. Any federal or provincial requirement to report Referrer Rewards as income is solely the Referrer’s responsibility to determine.

Process

6. The referral must be submitted through the web form in order to qualify.

7. The Referred Friend will receive notification via email that they were referred to Dayforce Powerpay.

8. After a Successful Referral:

Referrer: will receive the Reward by email at the address provided on the web form (To enter visit https://cloud.dayforce.com/friend and complete the online form)
Referred Friend: will receive the Reward as a credit itemized on their payroll invoice.

Legal Notices

9. The Official Rules are subject to change at the discretion of Dayforce, without notice.

10. Dayforce reserves the right to honour or reject web forms; due to insufficient or inaccurate information being provided, or for any other reason, at its sole discretion.

11. Decisions and interpretations of the Official Rules are final and are not subject to appeal.

12. Dayforce is not responsible for technical failures in web form transmission.

13. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Referrer, the Reward will be directed to the attention of the Dayforce customers’ corporate head office.

Privacy

14. The information provided by Referrers will not be sold or distributed to any third parties and will only be used for the purpose of the Refer–A–Friend Program.

15. The Referrer will be identified by name as the source of any referrals.

16. After receiving a single email notification from Dayforce, the Referred Friend will need to initiate contact with Dayforce in order for either party to be eligible for the Reward.

17. Dayforce will not disclose any information with third parties, except as required by law.

18. Information submitted in connection with the Refer a Friend Program is governed by Dayforce’s Privacy Policy.
