Will I get recertification credits for attending the Dayforce Virtual Summit?

Yes, you can earn up to 2.0 recertification credits for SHRM, HRCI, Payroll.org and HRPA (0.5 credits for each of the four sessions). Please note these credits are only available for those who attend live sessions. Training certificates will be sent to live event attendees via email in the weeks following the event.

How do I get support from Dayforce?

Is there a preferred browser to access sessions?

Please use Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for your Summit experience.

For troubleshooting, it's helpful to start with a new browser:

• Right-click on your browser icon at the bottom of your screen and choose to open a new window. Clear your cache (Ctrl+Shift+Del) and refresh your browser page. 
• Enable third-party cookies.
• Allow pop-ups (open Chrome, click on the three dots in the top right, click settings, choose Privacy and security, click Site settings, click Pop-ups and redirects, then select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects).

When I am on the Dayforce Virtual Summit session agenda page, I see somebody else's name. What should I do?

First, you should log out then log in using your email address. If you have not yet registered, you will be asked to do so at this time.

After registering or logging in, you will receive an email to confirm your identity. Click the link or button to return to the agenda page. If you still see someone else's name, you most likely need to clear your cookies. Please go here and follow the instructions for your particular browser.
