Before joining Dayforce, Lauris helped lead the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's transformation from a traditional broadcaster to a data-driven, digital media powerhouse.

Sheila Jambekar leads the Dayforce Global Privacy Office and AI governance initiatives. She partners with business, HR, security, and technology leaders to advance HR innovation while upholding trust, ethics, and responsible data use. Her experience building and scaling privacy programs in complex, highly regulated, and fast-evolving environments brings peace of mind to our customers.

Earn up to 2.0 credits for SHRM, HRCI, and HRPA. This program is valid for up to 2.0 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM, has been approved for 2.0 HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR®, aPHRi™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™, and SPHRi™ recertification through the HR Certification Institute, and 2.0 CPD hours under Section A of the CPD Log of the HRPA. To receive credit, you must attend the live presentations. Training certificates will be sent to live event attendees via email in the weeks following the event.
